Col William Parkway Trail Oakville.

Oakville is well known for it's neighbourhood trail system of which the Wally Nisbet trail (aka Col William Pkwy trail) is one. The trail can be entered near Colonel William Woods Parkette.  It traverses along neighbourhood ravine paths.

This trail is often used for winter hikes.

Twelve hikers joined Richard on the hike. The temperature hovered around 0 but it felt much colder. Thankfully we had the wind in our backs for the first part of the hike and were on the side of the escarpment in the woods for the last part.

 AGM HIKE

Donovan Bailey Waterfront to Mo's Restaurant      Jan 2, 2025 

We had a great turn out for our 2025 AGM meeting, followed by a hike on the Donovan Bailey Waterfront Trail, lead by Brian O'Heare, working up a appetite as most of the hikers turned up at Mo's Family Restaurant for lunch. Don't forget the doggie bag going back home for most.
