Rattlesnake Point Leech Porter, January 16, 2017 8:15 Hike (Pics by Case)

 John Giesbrecht led his happy horde of Halton hikers. 19 in all,

 to Rattlesnake Point and the Leech Porter Side Trail 

 Obviously icers were mandatory.

 Rattlesnake Point has some fantastic outlooks, 

unfortunately it was a bit hazy.

 There was still snow on the Nassagaweya Canyon floor.

 We traversed our fair share of rough terrain

No rattle snakes were spotted but we must have frightened 

a young one because he left his rattle behind.
